Hey, I'm Prithvi Rajan !

A Data Scientist & Bioinformatics Researcher

Hey, I'm Prithvi! 👋 I'm a data and database specialist currently based in Berlin.

For the past three years, I've been managing large-scale healthcare data systems, getting pretty hands-on with Oracle, IBM DB2, and tweaking SQL. I've also spent the last several months getting deeper into the analytics side, using Python to clean up datasets, build practical dashboards, and automate complex workflows.

Right now, I'm pursuing my Master's in Bioinformatics at Freie Universität Berlin to bridge my tech background with the life sciences. I focus heavily on computational biology and structural bioinformatics. This involves working with tools like ESMFold, leveraging molecular docking pipelines like GNINA and AutoDock Vina, and applying machine learning algorithms to biological data. My main goal right now is building scalable, data-driven applications that help accelerate research and drug discovery.

When I'm away from the keyboard, I'm usually gaming, playing badminton, or tinkering with new tech.
